Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return + restocking fee.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@momodas.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Refund & Replacement Policies
Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria: Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
Note: "momodas" will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or misrouted parcels.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are certain items where no refunds are granted.
Book with obvious signs of use.
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Costumes, Party masks, or any Seasonal items.
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Any item used by the customers.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return to Sender Packages
"Momodas" will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender due to incorrect information on the address. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the package will not be delivered.
Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, re-label, and reship them, however, you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping cost is usually half the order total so please be careful on the information that you provide.
If you think you have entered the wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.
In the case of a return, the customer needs to contact us for a return address. "momodas" will not be responsible for packages that are returned to the sender.

Send us the reason for the refund and evidence of damage to the product (picture or video).
We will check after receiving the email.
If the situation is true, we will send you an email and notify you of the refund information.
If you need to return the goods, please return according to the requirements of the return policy. We check the product.
Refund by original payment method.
NOTE:
Ideally, pictures/videos should be clear, focused, and should be taken at close range under good lighting conditions. This allows us to identify and verify the problem. We will try our best to help you. Thank you for providing all the above information. We will deal with it as soon as possible.
Secure Shipping with Tracking
Guarantees that your package is insured against loss, damage, or missing contents during shipping. To ensure that you are fully protected, we highly recommend that you add Secure Shipping with Tracking to your order.(Secure Shipping with Tracking doesn't cover lost/stolen packages that are already delivered as reflected on the tracking site).
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, For PayPal Usually it is instantly.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

In case of a damaged or incorrect item(s).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture or a video of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order and we will send you a replacement. Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) or video before we issue out a replacement. The customer will also have to return the damaged item in order to receive a replacement. Further instructions will be given through email.
"momodas" reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
How will my refund be distributed?
In the special case of a refund after the first 24 hours of placing your order and within 48 hours after receiving your item(s) you will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid, minus shipping and restocking fee.
Please be aware that the product must be returned in its original packaging and must be returned in the original condition that it was received, unused.
We reserve the right to decline any item that comes back to us used.
Restocking Fee
For items under $20, the restocking fee is $3.99
For items over $20, the restocking fee is equal to 25% of the order value.
If the item(s) are still in transit we can not provide any refunds until the item arrives in our possession.
“momodas" reserves the right to determine what we consider a special case in order to qualify for this refund option.
NOTE: We do not cover the shipping costs for return.
